Customer Reviews
Denver pass was easy to use
Grabbed the Denver CityPASS for a weekend trip. It was super easy to buy online. Got the mobile tickets fast. Used it at the Downtown Aquarium, which was pretty cool. No problems at all, just showed my phone. Saved some cash too. Definitely made things simpler.
So much fun in San Francisco
Oh my goodness, the San Francisco CityPASS was amazing! We got to see so many cool places without breaking the bank. The mobile pass made everything so easy, just scan and go. We went to the California Academy of Sciences and took the Bay Cruise. It was such a great deal and saved us tons of time standing in lines. I'm telling all my friends about this for sure. Can't wait to plan another trip with CityPASS!
Consistent value for Atlanta
This was my third time using CityPASS, and my second for Atlanta specifically. I got the Atlanta CityPASS again, and it was just as reliable as the first time. The digital passes were sent quickly after purchase, and they worked perfectly at the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola, which were our main targets. I appreciate that they haven't changed the process much; it's still very user-friendly. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect, and it always delivers on convenience and savings. Good for families visiting the city.
NYC C3 pass worked well
I purchased the New York C3 pass for a trip last month and generally had a good experience. Ordering on the website was straightforward enough, and I received the mobile passes via email almost immediately. That was convenient. The pass itself was easy to use at the attractions; I just showed my phone. We visited the Top of the Rock, the Ferry to Liberty Island, and the 9/11 Memorial. Everything scanned without a hitch. My only minor issue was that a couple of the attraction reservation links were a bit buried in the confirmation email, but I found them eventually. Support wasn't needed, so I can't comment there. Overall, it definitely saved us money compared to buying individual tickets. I'd recommend it for a short trip where you know exactly which 3 attractions you want to see.

What if an attraction closes unexpectedly? Do they give you a refund for that part of the pass or what?
anyone have experience with their return policy? My plans might change last minute.
I'm looking at the New York C3. Can I upgrade it later if I decide I want to see more stuff, or am I stuck with the C3 options?
Are these passes legit? Like, are they actual tickets or do you have to jump through hoops at each attraction?
Anyone know if they do Black Friday sales? I'm planning a trip for spring break and wanna snag a good deal on a San Fran pass.
